Did you play in the browser or the windows download?
We noticed that the browser version has sometimes issues depending on which system-combination it is played.
e.g. on my laptops internal screen it works but on the external attached monitor the colliders don't work as expected. that seems to be a WebGL issue we cannot solve within unity right now.
We are also very dissatisfied with this situation.
Maybe you have the possibility to try it on another computer.
I hope there will be a possibility so you can still enjoy the game.

I've tried both versions, it seems to be exactly the same on my end.
You can move around in your room a bit but that's it - if you step outside you fall into the void, and you can't interact with anything or do anything else. If you walk up to the wall near the wardrobe on the left corner you get stuck and can't move anymore. :(
