Ive seen them respond on Patreon, but you might have to wait for a long while before they notice it. Best way is to probably message them directly, but would probably have to wait just as much.
They also have Discord if you interested, but its for mostly those that has subscribed to Patreon, but pretty sure you can join the discord channel, as long you dont brake any rules.
