Is it gone in the inventory? Its hold space to open inventory.
To use items from inventory, its either drag and drop or click on the item, dependingly if its a item like the syringe and the spray can, or a item you need to deliver to locations.
Also of note, there has ben issues regarding the spray can not working in the special, because you need to have bought them from the Arcade first.
