This is the weekly malware scam that now has a new face. Previously they had a fake downloadbutton. But now that itch has that external link warning, they changed their approach. 

But I wonder how they hide the payload. Usually rars with malware are encrypted, but I do not see the password.

Oh and they usually have two accounts. One hacked and one fresh. This is the hacked account currently spamming, probably because the other one was shut down already. On the fresh account there was a download warning from itch. Sometimes the scammers even interacts while online, he banned you and your comments for example.
