You need to finish event in the forest. There's a girl with wolves. You don't have to participate, just skip it if you want. At the end you will find a pendant.
I did watch that. It was like four or five scenes with that girl. But I don't have the pendant. I tried searching the forest many times after that but I didn't get a new scene. Is it random and I just got unlucky or could that be a bug? I'll keep trying.
