If you did this artwork yourself that is pretty neat! the writing (and narration) is of exceptional quality.
I did. But there is a a lot of filters, down scaling and up scaling to blur details. I will try and post a vid on the process soon-ish.
But in short, check out PixageFX on steam. It’s very powerful tool to proccess images and make them look coherent.
