can I use that in a game that I would sell on stores ? I wouldn't sell the assets I will sell the game that I made with the assets.

Yes you can! You only have to: give me credit on the credits section of your game OR you can pay for the asset. Don't forget to notify me when your project is released so I can check it out! ;)
