less than 50 for all stats but higher than 25. stats being Charisma, Strength and stuff.

Also, high appearance and sexual experience helps. Just take a look at what she tells you during the evaluation and you should know what stats you might need to raise.

I did a quest for her and spent some money on the brothel. After that I was able to work there.
