Regarding your text wrap problem...
When you create a new paragraph, are you using just the enter, or a full carriage return? (Shift+Enter) to create the line break?
Might want to try that if you haven't, and see if the game recognizes the carriage return over just a return. Only thing i can think of, right off hand.
