Nowhere. As of the moment, 1.9 is only accessible to Patreon members. Just wait it out. It's only a month or two.

There is a website called Kemono.party which lets you access uploaded patreon content for free. It does have ads though but nothing that would hinder you from getting access to the file

Don't see why you care about it so much as to report it. But judging off of your recent comments it seems as though you really care about this game. Devs can't exactly do anything about it as even if they make a patreon only code or send files in the patrons DM's, it'll still get uploaded to the website.

Still its gonna get reported since its not allowed to share info of free downloads of paid Patreon content.

Will do, its providing help with the "devs doing something about it" by at least informing them that the paid content is out there for people to get for free. Also helps out poor people who don't wanna drop money on games, piracy is one of those things that'll never die out.
