Oh I see! There's a walkthrough hereif it's useful? It might be bad RNG, on average it takes about 4 tries to get the dialogue, but sometimes some people take longer. Let me know if you still can't get it!

It's possible that the event has already been triggered, try doing the next step of the quest?

I can't get to gwen lvl 1, when I went to the jungle with gwen even though I harvested more than 9 items but she still got a lot, I reset and tried a few times but still the same. is there any solution?

talk with Rika without controlling her and you should be able to get her to talk about Gwen even if your in the mansion
