I thought the premise of this game was interesting and the atmosphere is wonderfully dark and while the writing is well done, I found that I actually liked none of the characters. So when I got to the point where I had to choose to follow one, I decided the game wasn't for me.
That said, I would recommend this game to anyone that likes a melancholic, dark, gritty atmosphere in a curiously dystopian medieval setting where life isn't worth much and survival is based as much on who you know as it is on what you know.
