Quick question: Are you playing it on a laptop?
That error relates to something inherent in UnrealEngine, and one cause is if it's running on a laptop without the power cable plugged in, which is weirdly specific.
If it is laptop, it could be Nvidias Battery Boost causing it. "NVIDIA GEFORCE EXPERIENCE → GAMES → BATTERY BOOST → DISABLE IT"
If it's on desktop, the recommendation is updating GPU drivers and see if that fixes it.
