Sorry, that's kind of a game breaking bug at the moment. I didn't intend for missions to be revisited, but there are a few places where I forgot to add countermeasures to that.
It'll be fixed in the next version, but for now just remember that trying to go back to a mission you've already done is going to cause some game breaking issues.
