Can you check your quest log to see what exactly you're supposed to do? The Dark sorceress makes potions after her events are done, it's not necessary to get one for her if I remember correctly.
If necessary you can always use the walkthrough and search for item names with ctrl + F. All locations of items you can find on maps or buy in shops are listed in there. ;)
