Hi hi! I'm so glad you like the update, thank you so much for playing. I do have a walkthrough posted in discord - it's in the spoilers channel. Crystal Caverns & Snowdin are at the tippy top, whereas Waterfall is more recent. You could probably find it just by searching walkthrough in the discord.
When the game is completely finished, I'll post a detailed walkthrough on itchio.
