I was playing the game earlier today, but then my laptop suddenly restarted to update, after it was done I reopened the game but it ended up with this screen.I tried everything to fix it, how do I fix this?

Does this happen as soon as you open the game, or only when trying to load a save file?

I think this is a system error and you may need to reinstall Tailor Tales completely. You can preserve your save data by copying these folders: Tailor Tales/www/save and Tailor Tales/www/data/img/pictures/Fashion/Completed. Copy these current folders and place them somewhere else as you reinstall the game. Once reinstalled, replace the new folders with the ones you copied. That should keep your save file intact as you reinstall the game.

It happens when I open the game

In that case, something definitely happened to one of the files in the game (not your save file, hopefully!), so follow the instructions I said above to keep your save file intact as you reinstall the game.

Before you reinstall, I'd like to get your Last Error.txt file. It's located in: Tailor Tales/www. There should be a text file in there called Last Error. If you could open it up and copy its contents in your post, that'd be great!

So reading these errors, it's shader related, and it seems like you've run out of memory to play Tailor Tales. That update really changed some things around.

I think I may have a workaround, but let me know if reinstalling it worked or not.

it didnt sadly, i tried redownoading twice and ending wiht no changing results

Okay, I'll need to give you a file that you can replace in the game, is it possible for you to get on Tailor Tales' Discord and say something in the tech-support channel? Then I can give you that file and see if it works.

You will need to head to the Roles channel to click on an emoji to give yourself the Member role, or Member-Minor role to have access to speaking.
