Yes, I reported it but nobody really seemed to care about the encounter at the bicycle parking. I got the impression it wasn't important to the game at this point. I'm not sure if I will continue with the game because of these problem (even though I really liked the story).

I'm sorry to hear that. Maybe if you'd like to save directly before that error and attach this save file (version 0.1.2.3 Windows) here, I can try to skip the critical scene on my computer, save and send file back to you... Though, I can't make promises whether it will actually work.
BTW (very little spoiler): You won't miss anything important - after the display flickering and the white shadow some laughter came and hero wonders asking himself about the origin of it. Thats it.
