It doesn't tell you to walk around the flat, it tells you to leave the flat and then return. If that's not working, try talking to Emma in her room at night.
thats the thing i did it 3-10x i left then return then i try talking to emma im not getting anything im stuck n it wont let me do anything else til i do that
Did you try talking to Emma specifically in the EVENING? Those are literally the only two blocks - you must go to another map location and return and you must talk to Emma in the evening.
