Not a bug, but might be changed later..?  Someone reported it on Patreon so I'm just gonna copy-paste my reply here:

As for time not passing, I was torn on whether or not to implement it, honestly... the clearing is a little oasis, not only for the MC but for the player, too. It's separate from everything that's going on around it, both the in-game war and the external mechanics. I don't know, it just felt "wrong" somehow to force a time pass on it...? Silly of me, probably, and I'll likely add the time change in a later update.

I don't know, though. I like it the way it is. Feels "right" in a way I can't quite express.

Even from a gameplay standpoint, I enjoyed being able to see the other variations without having to go through all the hoops over and over. ´

A moment of respite for Robin, which. Kinda makes it feel more special that it doesn’t shove you back into the fray after it’s done. You can leave, whenever you choose to leave.
