Just to be 100% sure as it's happened before. Have you correctly exported the game from the zip folder? The game needs to be run from a standard folder.
Have you ever run the game before? We have a system check at startup on the first run that sets up setting for the user. We will have a skip for v015 that will rrelease the start of next month.
