ok, i got it, but i dont see it here. Usually here were even smallest updates but not now. Can i still download latest update or i must reload all game to play properly?

It's for the release from 31. March, which is the number on the right in the file name, and updates it to the version from the 17th April. After that, you can use the newest update files to get to the most recent version, 23.05.06.
