It's not turning red when someone hits me i don't get to know :/

i listen to find out if someone hit me or not. i also watch the healthbar lol
yes but watching the healthbar all the time and playing is difficult for me and i can't turn on the sound
well, i don't know about you, but i've always learned to use my semi periferal vision to peek at my healthbar.
i am do not have that power 😭
