I just discovered this on my own an hour after your post lol, since I finally went and dealt with belphegor. Blood shot eyes might be too OP.
Will have to remember this for a more optimal run eventually, I've figured out a bunch of stuff whining about the demon generals that I find them easy peasy now, and I'd find them even more trivial if I had given the drug formulas to the demon worshippers instead for better sweet memories especially.
