You install
OoTAndroidAssetPackage1.apk
  OoTAndroidAssetPackage2.apk
  OoTAndroidAssetPackage3.apk
  OoTAndroidAssetPackage4.apk
When you open those asset packages after installing they should all look like this

After that you should be able to download Out_of_Touch_v2.70.1.apk and run the game with it.
If you're still unable to get it to work the best place to get talked through it is the Discord

Make sure the 4th one is installed properly, that's the one with the textfiles

But as I said if you're missing the "textfiles" bundle it means your 4th installer isn't downloaded and/or installed correctly
