well i've seen other creators use the same kind of music in their own visual novels, so i dont really see it as a huge issue... if it DOES become an issue though, i'll gladly take it out as soon as possible :o i think it should be okay though!
What other creators? Can you name them?
I would very much recommend trying to proactive than retroactive when it comes to this.
