Very interesting Discord virus. Anyway, some thoughts:

  • Am I correct that there's no dash/sidestep?
  • The level design is very uninspired, it's just long tunnel - open combat arena. The only exceptions are the very start, and the stonehenge at the end. The combat isn't strong enough to carry such boring level design.
  • I feel that the parry window is way too large, especially since it is shown with the red circle above enemies.
  • There's a lot of places where you stay floating in the air as if falling while jumping on ledges and stuff.
  • Walking between the rooms feels too long, might be fine if you plan to add dialogues there.
  • Please don't make me walk up to the stongehenge every time I have to retry the boss.
  • All in all the boss isn't very well designed, all attacks can be avoided by walking. However, you need to stand still to hit her but her attack speed is faster than yours. There doesn't really seem to be a way to do it damageless. I eventually just rushed her down and damagetanked everything. The actual boss is that round thing she's standing on, since it's hard to jump on there correctly especially since all the jumping attacks will just propel you higher.
