You do make a good point, it almost feels like we are getting the characters (bosses) and the areas are a consequence of that, as apposed to it being the other way around like you would expect.
Like, we could get a neat little corner of the map buuuuut, the boss for a different area is cooler so we'll get that one first.
I… don’t think that’s the case. It doesn’t look like Arc is - or even planning to - give the bossgirls themselves too much of a spotlight.
It’s just that since we haven’t had the “post-conquer” content on each district that it feels like the territory is just an “on the side” thing.
And (insider knowledge from reading the announcements on discord) the next conquerable territory is in fact Riverview Apartments.
That means we’ve completed that little northern sector, west side of the river and I’m almost certain we’ll progress south from there because crossing the river right away would put us smack dab near the ELD and ORG headquarters.
It’s hard to juggle content as a game dev.
