i dont think so because in a few loops the damage will probably be reduced to nothing. With max def. , enemies will take about a 1000 times less damage from attacks right?
not to mention. getting and maxing out all the arrows takes a LOT of time, aura and luck and its only viable for at most, 3 monsters (all attacking the enemy right in front of them) at best
