Seriously. What kind of question is that? Double seriously! What do you expect for an answer?
No one (!) will answer yes to a question about viruses. A scammer will deny it and an honest dev will not knowingly include any viruses.
Also, if this is hosted on itch, they do scan the files.
Be wary of games that are published only days ago, there are actual scammers mimicking real games and putting fake download buttons there. Those do be viruses. And especially if you found that game by clicking on a comment that advertised the game.
