I guess it depends on your tolerance for adult stuff. If you are receptive, you can indeed watch these things(but don't watch too bloody violence or pornography and don't watch too much). Also you must have the ability to distinguish right from wrong. Of course I'm not trying to lure you into adult content. Generally speaking, I don't recommend learning about these prematurely, you should grow up a little bit before watching and making this kind of content, don't let it affect your health and normal life.
I played the game you made, Wolf life is a good game, you can continue to make games like this, you can try to write a story, and the art can be more refined. Just don't think about adult content yet.
