1. Install optifine.
2. Place the resource pack in resource packs folder.
3. Open minecraft. Make sure you have custom entity models turned on.
There are many tutorials how to install optifine and optifine resource packs on youtube.
does optforge work instead of optfine?
I guess... Never used it. But optifine should be compatible with forge. Just put the optifine file in mods folder.
I tried to use optfine and...didn't go well... it said i was using an outdated version of optfine, but I was using the latest version of it
