Support characters not being able to land the finishing blow has been fixed for the 0.18.4 update which is out next week.

She’s in the bath during Wednesday mornings.
So if you call her outside (manually or as part of an event) she’ll just run to you tits out.
It was reported for the last version, so maybe it was left in as intentional? (she actually has a dialogue about it if you call her on the living room)
