Yep, the last enemy available in the current version's Bestiary is Rossolon. I originally planned to call his attack "Burning Breath", but then I realized there's already a Burning Breath and I decided to give him something else.
A lot of the 1HP Life Gems will be off to the side in earlier areas you need the Raft to reach. There should be ten of them, but a few in particular are way off the beaten path.
I'll have everything there fixed in the next patch.
