How does getting pregnant work?
Can you get pregnant from both genders?
(if you give the potion to a woman you get a male sex)

Right now, the player can only be impregnated by vaginal or anal encounters, so any creampie that happens outside the encounter system can’t result in pregnancy. That includes futanari sex, but also stuff like group sex, or sex in the stocks won’t work. I might fix this in the future if I can think of a way to that isn’t a TON of work.
