This game needs a proper remake as movement, environment and such is a bit.... let's just be transparently honest, broken and unappealing af for most, I liked it personally so far, it gives those old chase sequences segments from old Survival Horror games, but that soundtrack... needs something more solid and better? maybe no music and pure ambience of a quiet environent, footsteps, heavy breathing, maybe a subtle background heartbeat, would set it in way better in an accurate depiction of stalking rather than essentially memeing it.
With a solid re release, you can definitely put some devs to shame with the subject matter. Taking it seriously is key.
Didn't get any of the endings but... Something was off about the way the shop owner reacted to the situation, perhaps there's some context missing due to a one sided story and the other end isn't getting it directly? Maybe the man is legit regretful for his abuse of her mother and her?
