If you want to see Cooper’s penis in Ch3, version 0.13.5 is the final build that includes it.
Starting from build 0.14, those nude sprites are removed to enable fans overseas to stream the game.
I believe this also implies that we won't be seeing any NSFW content in this game anymore.
It's a shame. 😢
Hope there will be some NSFW patches available to satisfy both streamers and non-streamers.
