Yes. Chapter 1 is the only one we have at the moment. The full game is roughly 5 chapters and about 100k words long. There will also be alternative endings and such.
Samara is worth the wait. Just take your time, and make sure you get it right. Samara pushed buttons on me, that I didn't even know I had... I need more!
