Edit: I think I figured it out. Either before you arrived there or along the way your reputation with Gorn dropped to Bad or Terrible and you were attacked by guards. The races of the guards aren't defined for that region. If you raise your reputation with Gorn this issue will go away. An official fix will be around soon.
I have explored the area in game and found no problems. I also examined the relevant code and only found one potential source of this error, but your description does not mention any quest activity. So to clarify this issue, did you choose to sacrifice Ayda and side with the Slavers? If not, then I will need to know the first errors to be able to find the problem.
