I've never heard of Joyplay before. If you mean https://joiplay.cyou/ then probably not; Unity engine games are not listed on the supported emulation list.

EDIT: Actually, this older version of the game, not the 2023 version, is based on an old version of the Electron desktop app, not Unity engine. Unfortunately I still have no idea if Joiplay would support it.

Ello, late but if ever curious for a port still. Try Winlator, Windows Emulator. 

Still personally need to tweak mine but it can run some Unity games and such when I tried it. So, this one might just work using that.
