Thank you!! There's a room with gates that are locked until you beat all the levels. Going through that room will show you the end screen. Maybe you've missed it?
OK, I finally found it but I had to revisit every room to find it. I don't know what happened, maybe I did the levels out of order? Anyway, this was a great game.
