I have had a persistent problem where my soothing lotion disappears when I need it. It's in my inventory no problem, but during punishments it's not available.
Not sure, but it may not be available for early Debbie punishments (same as you can't choose yourself to give punishments, because those pics were never rendered). Just a guess.
