i purchased game but doesnt download am i missing a step
it does but the saved files that not able to be extracted it just opens a view download that reopens the saved file and loops and opens another copy of the saved file. i wasnt sure if i wasnt doing it right but am able to download other games on here just fine. does this games require you to have anything before downloading
After you purchase the game, it sends you to its page where you can download it by clicking on the download butten, then it should download the game. IF you did buy the game and not just skip it to download, you can find the game to download it at "My libarary" at your profile.
After that you just have to extract the content of it, likely in a folder of its own, and then play it.
If you getting a incomplete one when extracting the rar file, its either because of a antivirus that is blocking it by mistake, or you doing something wrong. Might have to whitelist the file you trying to download or extract to make it work.
yes i bought the game and downloads it like it should but doesnt appear as an extract file i tired multiple times in different ways but as before it loops the file i saved and opens the same file again i made sure it wasnt stopped by antivirus. unfortunately it just wont work on my pc. thanks for trying to help
If it does not appear as a extract file. Its maybe because you dont have a extractor program installed. 7-zip or WinRaR are needed to extract the files from the folder.
If you still having issue after that, it might be because the folder got force changed to something they should not be. And if thats the case, you can try change the folder type by enabling the extension names, and change the extention to .zip or .rar (Changeing files extension names can be problematic, so be sure to backup the file incase you break it)
