By squint, are you saying you need to partly close your eyes to see the image (which doesn't make much sense to me, unless the image is too bright)? Or are you referring to crossing your eyes to see the image?
If you need to cross your eyes, then you can adjust the stitch shift x settings, or the camera stereo alignment yaw setting. The default keybinding is to hold the grip button and then move the thumbstick up/down to adjust the stitch shift x settings (when the menu is hidden).
