Geneva convention article 8, No. 2 part B:
VI: Killing or wounding a combatant who, having laid down his arms or having no longer means of defense, has surrendered at discretion;
well ig he actually didn't actually violate bc ansy was still using his bow, didn't surrender, and was attacking others? :/
