I got you buddy. You have to unlock the box beside the safe. The code for that is on the painting. After unlocking the box, you'll get a dentist tool. With that you can use on the candles beside the dining table.
Nvm, found it. It's the red text on the middle painting in the rack. I was constantly trying to open the safe lol. The number on the painting and the ones behind the little boxes don't work for that one.
