I really like the fact that you made the city lively. Not that that is so important in a story like this but i do love little details :D!
Edit: Dunno about the other people but i do love people like Rasmus in fiction the douche attitude makes them funny lol. Dunno about the spoiled part since he seems like a douche because he is one not really because he has money but maybe i interpret the word spoiled wrong ^^
