loading an old save after talking with everyone makes jessica disappear and only way I managed to get her is by random chance in the bath when I checked every available corner of the house and town for a week or so

Nobody has disappeared as that's literally not something the code can do. Jessica has always been hard to find in Act Three - she shows up in the bathroom on WEDNESDAY MORNING and at the front door on SUNDAY AFTERNOON. The next update (next week) will add a lot more spawn locations for her so she's not so hard to find. Sorry for the inconvenience!
