I'm sorry for having it so unclear, you shoot to kill enemies, and your bullets turn into healing pickups after the timer counts down.
Ah maybe the enemies didn't spawn for me? I was just in an empty room.
You first spawn in an empty room, you use arrow keys to cycle through the dialogues and then the enemies spawn. Sorry if it was a little unclear.
