I think that if you indeed tried every person on every item, then it is probably my fault for making the crafting animation too slow. The speed is set dynamically based on the length of the craft and Paranormal Forest+Vanilla Human takes 30 seconds(You can speed up the process by adding multiple humans to the forest.) Anyhow, this means that it is not at once obvious that you're crafting anything at all. Perhaps I'll make an alternative crafting animation that has more immediate visual results.
